Do I need to be involved in showings?
No — we handle all showings and tenant communication. You’re updated throughout but don’t need to be present.

Do you manage properties ongoing?
Our primary focus is leasing. Once a qualified tenant is secured and the lease is signed, day-to-day management remains with you.
